Yesterday I went out togging with a friend to a place that I've never been to before, a place I have seen from a distance many a time whilst driving along the M4 into Cardiff and one that is almost literally on my doorstep. Castell Coch meaning Red Castle is a 19th-century Gothic Revival castle and is built on the remains of a genuine 13th-century fortification. My daughter was amrried in Castell Coch so it was especially good to be reminded of the place. Same weather conditions you had but it doesn't seem to have spoiled the pictures at all. Love your different angles Heidi and the triptychs.

Thanks Philippa - Castell Coch is definitely one of those places I have added to my list of 'must go back to'. Would love to take pictures of it covered in snow!
